As the fuel scarcity lingers in Nigeria, a man (name unknown) has striped himself naked at a filling station just to buy fuel. Meanwhile the Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, Mr Ibe Kachuckwu, at a media briefing in Abuja promised  another week to resolve the fuel scarcity.
