The Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) yesterday announced the suspension of the party’s Deputy Chairman, Dr. Bashiru Salami.
The party, in a press statement signed by its Publicity Secretary, Mr. Bola Ajao, said the suspension was based on "anti-party activities.’’
According to the statement made available to THISDAY in Osogbo, “Salami failed to attend meetings of the party called by the state working committee.
